The Association of Caribbean Higher Education Administrators (ACHEA) will be hosting its 10th Annual ACHEA conference from July 7-9, 2011.

The Association of Caribbean Higher Education Administrators (ACHEA) invites papers from interested professionals covering areas relating to higher education administration. Papers may address any aspect of the discipline, and submissions are invited but not limited to the following topics:

- Internationalisation of Higher Education and Implications for Small Island Developing States
- Financing the Evolving Higher Education System in the Caribbean
- The Professionalisation of Higher Education Administration
- Human Resource Management in Higher Education
- Globalisation and Higher Education – Borderless Learning
- Improving the Student Experience – Strategic Enrollment Management
- Online and Distance Education – Improving the Student Experience
- Increasing Access in Challenging Financial Times
- Infrastructural Maintenance: The Neglected Area of Cost Control
- Practical Solutions for Managing both Quality and Access
- Bridging the Administration and Academic Divide – Strategies for Improving Communications
* Any other aspect relating to Higher Education administration and leadership
Eligibility
Papers are invited from persons engaged in administration and/or academic leadership in Higher Education or closely related institutions or agencies.
Selection Process
Submissions will be reviewed by a panel consisting of members of the ACHEA Executive.
