  • Made an exceptional contribution to the community or nationally (art, culture and sport, etc.)
  • Someone who overcame challenges to achieve excellence in art, academics and/or culture, culture, sport, etc.

Charity for Institutions

Requirements

  • A curriculum that includes an innovative approach to teaching and learning.
  • Quantitatively demonstrate that students are achieving at or above their ability to learn.
    • Excellent performance in national/international examinations
    • Excellence in extra-curricular activities (these should be listed)
  • Exhibits significant and lasting impact on students, teachers, parents and others.
  • Consistently achieve at least 90% student attendance and modelling the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability in service to its constituents to ensure it attracts new students.
  • Values and emphasizes the school’s mission, vision, motto, etc.
  • Actively involved in an operational plan to achieve scalability and sustainability,
    in the prevention or relief of poverty.
  • Existence of a programme or project with a great impact on the vulnerable
    communities
  • Evidence that the project will use the charity for further expansion/continuity.
